Our Name
Penumbra is the light that lingers at the edge of a shadow during a solar eclipse – this balance of contrasts inspires our pursuit.
Our Character
Espadín agave is slow roasted over Encino wood, a hard, slow-burning live oak that gives our Mezcal its deep, rounded character.
